At UTI, our Custom Training Group (CTG) is proud to offer the MINI Service Technician Education Program (MINI STEP). This MSAT program is offered exclusively at our MINI Training Center in Orlando, Florida.

In just 10 weeks, MINI STEP can provide you with everything you need to get started on a successful career as a MINI Service Technician. This intensive program provides you with in-depth training on the MINI Hardtop, Clubman and Convertible models, including the Cooper, Cooper S and even the 208-HP John Cooper Works variants. You'll learn under the guidance of certified MINI instructors and graduate to begin your career as a MINI Level 1 Technician, a higher certification than most MINI entry-level candidates.

MINI STEP is a highly selective program of training that's designed to develop high-caliber MINI technicians with exceptional skills. Many will apply but only a select few will be invited to enroll. MINI STEP students receive paid tuition courtesy of MINI and hiring MINI dealerships - so you're free to "think big" on your way to a great career with MINI!
